Ticket Sales

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These Terms & Conditions are agreed between ABA – Associação de Energia Avançada, headquartered at Quinta do Vale do Espinhal EM 558-1, Vale do Espinhal, 3230-343 Penela, with NIF 515488607, hereinafter referred to as ABA, and between any person who wishes to purchase online tickets for events and products, hereinafter referred to as “User”.

 

1. OBJECT

The purpose of these Terms & Conditions is to define the general conditions of sale at https://www.europeanbplussummit.com/, established between ABA and the User, which regulate all the necessary steps to carry out your online purchase of tickets for the European B+ Summit, following the indications contained therein

2. TICKETS  

 

   a) To successfully purchase tickets online, the User must respect the following operational steps:

 

  • Step 1 - Click on the “Buy tickets” button

  • Step 2 - Select the type(s) (that is, select the date or dates you want to participate in the European B+ Summit) and the number of tickets for each type(s).

  • Step 3 - Fill in the requested data

  • Step 4 - Agree to the Terms & Conditions

  • Step 5 - Choose the payment method

  • Step 6 - Finalize » Payment of tickets

 

After purchasing the ticket(s), the Beamian platform sends an email to the registered address with the respective QR Codes.

Each participant must present at the entrance of the event the QR Code(s) sent in printed or electronic format (on their mobile phone or tablet), in order to carry out a successful check-in.

The purchase of tickets is made through the Beamian platform, ABA not being thus responsible for any errors that occur when purchasing tickets.

 

3. PAYMENT

 

Through the Beamian platform, you can make your purchase by paying with a Credit Card, MB Way or using an ATM reference payment.

In case of fraudulent use of cards, the seller reserves the right to cancel the transactions associated with that means of payment.

Tickets purchased using an ATM reference payment are not sold or reserved until payment is made.

 

4. PRICES

 

Prices are to be understood in euros and include VAT at the current rate.

ABA reserves the right, on the prices shown, to carry out discount campaigns or issue discount coupons to any User or groups of Users that it deems appropriate.

 

5. RETURNS

 

Sales of tickets are final and returns are not accepted. It is, however, allowed to transmit tickets in case of impossibility of attendance. The User can do so up to 10 days before the date of the event, sending us an email with the new data to info@europeanbplussummit.com

In case of change of event date, tickets are valid for the new date, unless the User requests a refund. If you want a refund, you must notify us within 60 business days of the day of communication of the date change, sending us an email with the request to info@europeanbplussummit.com.

In case of cancellation of the event, ABA undertakes to refund the amount paid for the tickets,  with the exception of force majeure situations.

 

6. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

 

If necessary, any requests for information, questions or complaints should be sent to info@europeanbplussummit.com.

 

 

7. LIABILITY

 

All contents and prices described and presented on the website are the responsibility of ABA, and may:

  • Be modified at any time, and without prior notice; or

  • Be out of date or contain errors.

For all access and purchase steps on the website, ABA only has an obligation of means. ABA excludes all guarantees and any liability for inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the internet network, in particular, a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure as so classified by jurisprudence. courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

If, despite all our precautions, errors occur on this website, ABA cannot be held responsible for that fact.

Users registered on the Beamian platform are responsible for their access data and must ensure their confidentiality. Users are equally responsible for their personal data and due updating. ABA is not responsible for inappropriate use of personal data, errors or other violations that occur on the Beamian platform.

8. PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

 

ABA adopts all technical measures to guarantee the privacy of the information entrusted to it. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

The personal data requested are intended for possible communication with the User in case of cancellation or any other unforeseen event regarding the event.

Registration on the Beamian platform does not constitute registration, in any way, with ABA, so your data will only be used to communicate the product purchased and any information about the event.

If the User wants to exercise the right to rectify or delete their personal data, they must send us an email to info@europeanbplussummit.com and we will proceed with the request directly in the event management tool provided by Beamian.

 

 

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICITON

 

The provisions set out in this chapter do not revoke the mandatory provisions of the Portuguese legislation applicable to Consumers, and these Terms & Conditions will be governed in accordance with such mandatory provisions, when applicable, and any conflict will be remitted and definitively resolved by the competent Portuguese courts.


Notwithstanding the above, in all other cases, these Terms & Conditions will be governed exclusively by Portuguese law, with the parties electing the Court of the District of Lisbon as the only competent one, with express waiver of any other.

 

In accordance with the applicable Portuguese legislation, the User, as a consumer and natural person, has at his disposal any of the following alternative dispute resolution bodies, without prejudice to recourse to the Court of the District of Lisbon:
